Let’s flow together! In my classes you will find approachable, creative, and carefully guided full body flows that empower you to be your best self on the mat and in your daily life. I teach to all levels from beginning to advanced practitioners and help you disconnect externally so you connect on a deeper level internally with your breath, body and higher self. 

 I am so passionate about the benefits movement, mindfulness and breathwork provides and love sharing those practices with you! I have had the opportunity to teach yoga at local community yoga studios and events, virtually for corporate clients, and in dreamy ocean-side resorts throughout southeast asia for international guests. I love that no matter where in the world we roll out our mats, yoga always brings us back to the self. Check out the different ways you can incorporate more yoga in your life, your organization or at your special event!

Tuesdays at noon- Westin Athletic Club, Vail, CO

Wednesdays at 8 am- Westin Athletic Club, Vail, CO

Private 1:1 or small group yoga sessions are available upon request.
